Dr. Timothy Howard is a Senior Research Scientist at the Southwest Research Institute in Boulder, Colorado. He received his PhD in Space and Plasma Physics from the University of Newcastle (Australia) in 2003. He was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Space Physics at Montana State University, and Solar Physics at the University of Birmingham (UK). He has over 30 refereed publications to his credit in various peer reviewwd journals and has presented at over 50 national and international meetings.
